Stampin' Up! Above the Clouds Card

I had so much fun making this card!  The swirly embossing folder reminded me of whispy, whimsical clouds, and I knew that I had to pull out the hot air balloons.

I love this pattern in the Bird Ballad DSP pack.  I wish I could get a pack of just this.  It's so versatile, and the colors are perfectly matched.

I sponged some pool party ink onto the swirls-just lightly.  Actually, the one with "Let your dreams soar" has a little bit of Mossy Meadow as well.  That was an accident.  I used a sponge that I had already used on the other side.  Some MM must have soaked into the center of the sponge and then mixed with the wet Pool Party ink.  It was applied lightly enough that it passes for Old Olive, which is one of the colors that I used to color.

One of my favorite products is the Wink of Stella.  Here is a close up of the balloon and banner.  See that sparkle?  That's the Wink!  So pretty!
